ALI WITTMAN
Student of Physical Therapy
Ali Wittman completed her undergraduate degree at Southern Oregon University. She is currently working on a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She is the professional development chair of her cohort's leadership.
Personal Life
Ali’s friends and family describe her as warm, empathetic, and relatable. Ali is great at relating to people and finding things in common, and she has a habit of always finding a bright side to any situation.
When she’s not busy with her internship and school, she enjoys going on hikes and adventures with her dog, camping, visiting with friends and family, gardening, tasting pretzels at breweries, and sitting on front porches with sweet tea. Her favorite family tradition is going to the Strawberry Bluegrass Festival every year. She has been going since she was a baby!
Why Physical Therapy
Ali chose to go into the field of physical therapy because she loves helping people and understanding the way bodies move. She also enjoys physical therapy because she has a passion for detective work, and working with a patient to uncover the cause of their pain is detective work at its finest.
Why Pain Science Physical Therapy
Ali is working with us at Pain Science Physical Therapy for her student internship that her degree requires. As the Physical Therapy Student Intern, her responsibility is to shadow the physical therapists to learn skills to be the best physical therapist she can be!
