Dr. Christina Keltner earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science from Elon University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. She is a Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS), a PNF Certified Therapist, and a trained yoga teacher with additional experience in visceral work.

Why Physical Therapy?

Dr. Keltner was drawn to physical therapy by her desire for a career that keeps her active, engaged, and growing while also helping others do the same. Over the years, she has been inspired by countless patient experiences and the opportunity to empower people toward their best selves.

Approach to Care

With expertise in women’s health, complex cases, and neurological conditions, Dr. Keltner integrates her strong manual therapy background with PNF, visceral work, yoga, and a pain science framework. Her approach emphasizes empowerment, connection, and holistic healing.

Patient Impact

One of Dr. Keltner’s most memorable cases was working with a man who had survived multiple strokes. His dedication to healing and daily meditation on the lessons he learned in PT left a lasting impression. She attributes much of his recovery to his determination and willpower—reminding her of the profound role mindset plays in recovery.
