Role at Pain Science PT

At our Burien clinic, Dr. Garcia-Molina provides patient care with a focus on pain science while also serving as a mentor to clinicians, supporting their professional growth and development.

Why Physical Therapy?

Dr. Garcia-Molina was drawn to the field by a lifelong love of movement and a personal and family history of pain problems. His interest in the nervous system and its central role in pain and overall well-being continues to guide his clinical work.

Approach to Care

Dr. Garcia-Molina specializes in treating chronic and persistent pain, spinal pain, and complex pain conditions. He works with patients managing CRPS, phantom limb pain, dysautonomia (including chronic fatigue syndrome and POTS), hypermobility-related conditions, post-infectious pain such as long COVID, and individuals with a history of trauma. He has a particular interest in supporting those struggling with high fear, catastrophization, or unhealthy weight. His philosophy emphasizes instilling hope and empowering patients to better understand and manage their conditions.

Patient Impact

Dr. Garcia-Molina has worked with patients facing some of the most complex and persistent pain problems. What is most meaningful to him is not just a reduction in symptoms but helping patients shift their perspective—from fear and limitation to confidence and engagement in life.

  • I want patients and colleagues to see that my focus is on instilling hope and creating change that helps people move forward.
