Patient Care Coordinator | Burien & Westlake Clinics
  • St. Jude College of Manila (2009–2010); University of the City of Manila (2004–2009)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

As a Patient Care Coordinator, Jean focuses on new patient onboarding, ensuring each person feels welcomed and supported from their very first interaction with PSPT.

Why Healthcare?

Jean has always dreamed of working in the medical field. Her inspiration deepened when her grandfather experienced a stroke, and she witnessed firsthand how physical therapy restored his mobility and improved his quality of life. That experience confirmed her desire to pursue a career in healthcare and make a difference for others.

Why Pain Science PT?

Even while working remotely, Jean felt drawn to PSPT because it allowed her to continue contributing to patient care within a physical therapy setting she truly loves. She appreciates the clinic’s commitment to professionalism, humility, and patient-centered care. For Jean, professional care means being responsible, attentive, and committed to high-quality work—while humility keeps her open to learning and collaboration.

Patient Impact

Jean recalls her time training the PADS Dragon Boat Team of the Philippines after members were granted prostheses. One teammate, who had lived without a prosthesis for 40 years due to a congenital condition, walked for the first time and said, “Oh, thank you, Lord. For 40 years I was able to walk again.” That moment deeply moved Jean, reinforcing the life-changing impact of her role in guiding patients through new experiences.

Personal Philosophy

Jean hopes patients and team members notice her sincerity, openness to suggestions, and reliability. She lives by the belief that:

“Everything is a learning experience. Life is short, so let’s always be kind to one another.”
