We want you to feel welcome and comfortable, whether this is your first time seeing a physical therapist or not.
During your visit, you will get one-on-one attention from your therapist the whole time.

Arrive Early

Please come 30 minutes early if you haven’t filled out your paperwork yet. Bring a photo ID, your current insurance card, a list of your medications, any referrals, and surgery or imaging reports.

Late Arrival Policy

It’s important to be on time for your appointment. If you are late, you may need to reschedule and could be charged a fee.

Dogs On Site

Our clinic welcomes dogs! Some patients bring their therapy dogs with them, and dogs come into the treatment rooms with the physical therapists. If you are allergic to dogs or are afraid of them, let us know before your visit.

What To Wear

Wear clothes that are easy to move in, like shorts and a t-shirt or tank top. We have gowns if you need them.

Bad Weather Policy

Your treatment is important! In bad weather, we will do our best to continue your care. This could mean keeping your appointment in the clinic or switching to telehealth.

The clinic will stay open during regular hours unless severe weather makes it impossible. If that happens, we’ll contact you to reschedule or set up a telehealth session instead.

PSPT Westlake Clinic is located at 1700 Westlake Ave N Suite 100, Seattle WA 98109. The clinic is located inside Neuroveda Health.

Get to the Suite

1. Go up the ramp or stairs to the front of the building.

2. Put the name “Pain Science Physical Therapy” in the keypad and hit ‘CALL’ and then you will get buzzed into the building.

3. Take the elevators down to the 1st floor and then take a left out of the elevator to suite 100.

Parking

Park in any of the pay to park spots located in front of the building.

Check-in

Use the iPad that is located before the reception area just inside the front doors of the suite.
