As Executive Assistant to PSPT’s CEO, Dr. Orit Hickman, and Marketing Assistant to the clinic, Gellyn plays a dual role in supporting both leadership and growth.
- Executive Support: Manages tasks and operations on behalf of Orit, freeing up her time for strategic leadership and business priorities.
- Marketing: Plans and executes initiatives that strengthen clinic visibility, outreach, and community presence.
- Operational Coordination: Oversees backend logistics, scheduling, and communications.
Why This Path?
Gellyn’s journey began with a love for psychology during her fifth grade. Though not a mainstream path in the Philippines at the time, she was drawn to the field because it deepened her curiosity about people and helped her see the world through empathy and compassion.
Her passion for executive assistance comes from her admiration for great leaders. She understands how precious time is for them, and she thrives on making sure their energy can be focused where it matters most. For Gellyn, enabling others to lead at their best is both purposeful and rewarding.
Why Pain Science PT?
When she first applied, Gellyn remembers praying she would get the opportunity. Reading PSPT’s website and learning how the clinic elevates physical therapy inspired her—but being part of the team revealed something even greater. She was struck by how deeply the organization’s values run, not just in words, but in the daily practices of the CEO and the team.
Personal Philosophy
Gellyn hopes her colleagues and patients notice that she always finds a way. She lives by the belief: “Either I will find a way, or I will make one.”
