Care designed around your recovery & long-term health

More time. More support. More individualized care. More partnership.

Why we chose this model

Our model is built around your recovery, not a system’s constraints. We believe the best outcomes happen through collaborative care, and when appropriate, we help coordinate referrals to the medical and behavioral health providers who can support your needs.

We provide specialized persistent pain care through a hybrid model that combines in-person and virtual care based on the needs of the individual patient. By reducing insurance-driven limitations, we’re able to focus more fully on what matters in chronic pain care and whole-person health:

  • 55-minute, one-on-one appointments with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
  • Personalized treatment plans built around your goals and daily life
  • Direct communication with your provider when questions come up
  • Flexibility to address the physical, nervous system, psychological, social, and lifestyle factors affecting recovery
  • A care experience focused on progress, understanding, resilience, adaptability, and long-term change—not volume

Access to care when you need it

Get direct access to expert chronic pain care designed around your goals, your needs, and your timeline. Because healing is not one-size-fits-all, your care should be flexible enough to adapt as your needs evolve.

  • Start care without waiting for referrals or insurance approvals
  • Receive treatment guided by your needs, not insurance limitations
  • Adjust your plan as your symptoms, goals, and confidence evolve

Your goals. Your timeline. Your recovery.

Persistent pain is often complex and can affect more than just one area of the body. It is influenced by the interaction of many factors, including movement, nervous system sensitivity, stress, sleep, daily demands, and life experiences.

That’s why we believe care should be flexible enough to meet you where you are—not force you into a standardized pathway that doesn’t reflect your experience. Our role is not simply to treat symptoms, but to help you better understand your body, build confidence in your ability to move, and develop the skills needed to navigate challenges with greater resilience.

If you’ve tried multiple treatments without the progress you hoped for, you’re not alone.

We help people with persistent pain better understand what they’re experiencing, reduce fear and uncertainty around symptoms, rebuild confidence in their body, and create a clear, realistic path forward.
