Expert chronic pain care from wherever you are
Offered in Washington, Illinois, Florida, Hawaii, Ohio, Missouri, and Alaska.
Our telehealth program allows people across the United States to access specialized chronic pain care from home.
Many of the people we work with have already been receiving in-person care without the long-term progress they were hoping for. In these cases, symptoms are often influenced by a combination of movement patterns, nervous system sensitivity, stress, and other contributing factors that benefit from a more comprehensive approach.
Telehealth allows us to take a detailed, individualized look at your experience and build a plan tailored to your goals and daily life.

Can Virtual Care Fully Replace In-Person Care
For many people, yes. Virtual care or telehealth appointments can be a complete and effective way to receive physical therapy care, and research supports virtual physical therapy for a wide range of conditions.
Virtual care is especially well-suited for people living with persistent pain.
Many of our patients have already tried traditional physical therapy, manual therapy, massage, injections, or other hands-on treatments without finding lasting change. Others are limited by geography, mobility, energy, or access to specialized care.
Much of chronic pain care does not rely on hands-on treatment. Instead, it includes detailed history-taking, movement assessment, education, nervous system-informed treatment planning, and ongoing progression of care.
These components translate very effectively to a virtual setting.
Our focus is on helping you better understand your symptoms, reduce fear around movement, and build a clear, individualized path forward—wherever you are.
Virtual care allows us to deliver the same level of personalized, one-on-one care without compromising connection, clarity, or clinical depth.
