Pilates with Crishna Grelle

Movement that meets you where you are.

After experiencing debilitating back pain as a young athlete, Crishna Grelle developed a deep appreciation for the importance of caring for the body. Her own journey led her to therapeutic massage and, eventually, Pilates after noticing the confidence, posture, and ease of movement many of her clients developed through the practice.

Today, Crishna offers personalized Pilates instruction through one-on-one sessions and small group classes, tailoring each experience to your unique goals, abilities, and needs.

Known for her joyful, encouraging approach, she creates an environment where clients can build strength, improve movement awareness, and reconnect with their bodies.
