Dr. Orit Hickman is a physical therapist with nearly 26 years of clinical experience, including 22 years in outpatient care, and has spent the past 14 years specializing in persistent pain using a pain science–informed approach that integrates pain neuroscience education, graded motor imagery, and graded exposure to movement. She owns a clinic in Burien, Washington, and recently opened a satellite clinic in Seattle’s Westlake neighborhood. Outside the clinic, she enjoys boating with her husband, is the mom of a 21-year-old college student, and shares her home with an English setter named Murphy.
