Chronic Pain Study

At Pain Science Physical Therapy we not only treat patients with chronic pain but we do it using evidence- based treatments and techniques. As such we support research that is looking to understand and treat patients with chronic pain.

Michelle Taylor is a psychology doctoral student from Antioch University Seattle. She is conducting a study researching the 'lived experiences' of individuals with chronic pain.

If you deal with moderate to severe pain on a daily basis, are 18 years or older and are able to get to the clinic for an interview during clinic hours, then please consider participating. She will be conducting interviews the second week in February at the clinic. The interview process will take about 1 hour.

Michelle is looking for individuals who are at least somewhat adjusted to their chronic pain, and are functioning relatively well despite their pain.
