ALAA ALBAADANI

Before moving to the Seattle area, Alaa lived in Oregon where she worked at a wellness office. In addition, she owned her own business for four years. This experience helped her acquire special skills in multitasking, planning, organizing, and learning new processes.

Alaa is the second oldest sibling in her family. She has four brothers. Her family and friends would describe her as “amazing, beautiful, hard-working, honest, and confident.”

When the work day is over, she enjoys reading, swimming, cooking, and spending time with her son. She has traveled a lot, and if you ask her about it, she’ll say she travels for the food and restaurants. A few of her favorite hobbies include going to the beach, deep-sea diving, and hanging out with friends, including Octavia.

Her favorite holiday tradition is the month of fasting and huge family gatherings for Ramadan.

Alaa has worked at Pain Science Physical Therapy since November 2019. She is the Front Desk Supervisor. She processes insurance authorizations, charges payments, and supports bookkeeping.

She decided that PSPT was the place she wanted to work when she saw how team-oriented the staff were during her interview.

Her favorite thing about her job is getting to work alongside all of the staff, especially Octavia. She loves how PSPT is like a family, it has a great ambiance, and the physical therapists help patients get the great results they need.

In five years, Alaa hopes to see the clinic grow and open more clinics because patients come from all over the area and it would be nice for them to not have to travel as far. She would also like to see the clinic add more team members and see that all of the current staff members grow within the company.
