APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Complete your paperwork ahead of time for your initial appointment OR come 30 minutes early to this appointment to do so on site. If you arrive on time or late for this appointment AND you have not completed paperwork, your first visit will be to complete this paperwork and your initial visit with the therapist will be moved to a later date.

Please be on time to your appointment. If you are late you may be asked to reschedule and charged a fee.

Your treatment is key to your success! That is why, in the case of inclement weather, PSPT will do what we can to maintain your plan of care. This will include keeping your appointment in the clinic or transitioning to telehealth.

The clinic will always be open during the regular hours unless there are extreme circumstances such as severe weather conditions. In such cases, we will contact you regarding your appointment in order to determine whether we should reschedule or conduct a telehealth appointment in place of your in-clinic appointment.

For hygene purposes, our PSPT gym is shoes-free. You will bring either "gym-designated" shoes to work out in or work out without shoes at your own risk.
