Pain Science Physical Therapy is here for you after you have experienced an on-the-job injury. We want to make sure you can get back to your livelihood without risking your health.
We are experienced in treating work-related injuries. Our treatment is science-based, goal-oriented, and holistic.
Our Workers’ Compensation (WC) treatment includes:
If you have an active WC or Labor and Industries (L&I) claim and are referred to physical therapy, Pain Science Physical Therapy is here to help you heal yourself and to get you back to work. As your claim allows, we recommend scheduling an appointment with us as soon as you can so that you can avoid persistent pain from waiting too long to heal your injury.
While our team is here to help you whenever you need us and for however long it takes for you to feel healed, L&I claims have a set number of visits they allow for physical therapy. Typically, the first twelve visits are covered, and then the next twelve can be authorized and approved. More than 24 visits would require special authorization. However, if you need more treatment after your claim is finished, we are still here for you! You can make arrangements with us for us to see you for treatment if your injury is still affecting your ability to work. When needed, we will contact your doctor and claim’s manager to get authorization for visits.
If you have an old work-related injury but you missed the chance for Workers’ Compensation, our physical therapists can treat it. We specialize in treating persistent pain conditions, especially after a trauma such as a work injury. Let us know how the injury occurred, how long you've had it, and what your goals for healing are, and we’ll help get you back in working shape.
