The first thing that has to happen is that you have to understand your pain. Once you do, you'll feel much more comfortable moving. Then, with time, as you start moving more, you'll feel more in control of how your body moves. You'll feel stronger, less scared, and, with time, you'll develop more endurance. You'll be able to do more activities than you've ever been able to do. You'll develop confidence. You'll be able to do more and feel better about it. And then, as time goes on, your pain will begin to reduce. It'll get less, and eventually you'll be able to drop the load of pain and fear off the edge and get rid of it forever.
